The article presents courier services and processes management in postal entities. Analysis of
the management of postal services was conducted on the basis of leaders in the Polish market – Poczta
Polska and German Post - Deutsche Post. The paper used the method of diagnostic survey, comparative
analysis and literature analysis. An evaluation of the services provided by Poczta Polska and Deutsche
Post was presented.
