Focus article covers important issue on the substance of the work, the place, role and professionalization of personnel managers that guide cells in organizational structure including staff of the armed forces. In the first part of the publication shows the essence of the work of managers (personnel managers) officiating positions. The second part concerns the place and reporting personal cells which are departments, divisions or sections in organizational structure-called most military unit. However, in the third part indicated the need for professional training of people who have to work in personal calls as personalni officers in the armed forces.
