Research objectives and hypothesis/research questions: The aim of the article is to emphasize the uniqueness and multidimensionality of military negotiations, to indicate potential opportunities in the area of development, to develop a specialized training program in negotiations for the broadly understood military sector.
Research methods: Analysis of available publications and materials on the Internet.
Main results: The contemporary geopolitical situation, as well as the analysis of many areas in which professionally trained military negotiators play or can play an important role, indicate the need to start a discussion on the need to develop a special training program (course or postgraduate studies) for people who can perform the functions of military negotiators.
Implications for theory and practice: Starting a discussion on the possibilities of professional training of negotiators in the military area.
