ABSTRACT
In this study were discussed all the issues necessary for the company to achieve success at full involvement of the staff employed. This goal can only be achieved if the properly qualified employees occupy suitable posts. The functioning of a company largely depends on the employment policy dependable on internal and external factors which determine its size and structure. A recruitment process is an organizational task with a view to employing the most suitable workers considering their personal qualities and professional skills. The search for candidates according to a required quantity and required qualifications is the goal of recruitment. The search for suitable candidates may involve an area inside or outside the company. Each company has its own system of impact upon their workers in order to encourage them to adopt positive attitude towards the company and avoid the negative one. Remuneration plays the biggest role in the employee motivation system. The forms of remuneration depend on the amount of work done and the effects of work and their scope is subject to constant changes. The most frequent forms of remuneration are; elementary – they refer to basic salaries and supplementary remunerations such as bonuses and performance bonuses. Skilful management of work and salary is a good way to involve common aspirations of employees and a company to concurrent goals.
