The aim of the article is to analyze the benefits and risks arising from the use of coaching in leading a team. Coaching processes are increasingly being used in large organizations. But not always bring the expected positive results. In addition, employees do not always understand and accept the coaching elements applicable to them directly. Team leaders should consider all the advantages and risks associated with this process and consider how and what approach would be most appropriate to the situation and prepare a conducive environment.
