The article presents the essence of individual professional development of employees in the
company. The article explains issues related to the individual development of employees in terms of the
latest literature on the subject. Particular attention has been paid to instruments for the professional
development of employees. The aim of this publication is to present individual professional development
of employees in the light of the latest theory and practice of human resources management in relation
to the conducted research. The main research problem is included in the question: is there an individual
professional development of employees in the company under study?
