ABSTRACT
Agile management is a means of efficient operation in business environment of change. Businesses should be able to react to change and unforeseen circumstances thanks to their agile competence. Turbulent change is difficult to forecast hence the key competence of reading the warning signals. Agile strategy is embodied in agile production or agile manufacturing aiming to become networking, virtual organization. Agile organization is characterized by resources agility, foresight and adaptation to change. The article presents agile organization and enterprise according to literature of the subject. Research results on agile organization were presented.
