ABSTRACT
This article is about leadership dimensions in the Polish Air Forces. It consists of an introduction, chapters about literature, describing the data of own research in 2015 – 2021 and conclusion. It is presented own research of 213 talented soldiers in the Air Forces in May – July 2015. The conclusion of this article is all motivation processes and right leadership are used in military strategies including talented soldiers may focus on the attitude and behavior and servicing the military duties and individual development. The main motivation element is a human resource, his value system, experience and expentancies in the future. The lecture and research results concluded that leadership dimensions are depended on a vision, engagement, organizational culture in the Polish Air Forces. The goal of this article is presenting leadership dimensions in the Polish Army.
